Into your brain? I thought that technology wasn't due for release until mid-January.
:headbanging:
Jammin'!
Yeah!
lol
if I ever were to massdownload a song it'd be this :P
anyways this is good stuff, I agree with them people wanting some more bass and stuff, and I personally want an extremely awesome sub bass of awesome, you better go get one
yeah well them trancy synths don't really fit into the dnby picture, makes it a lot more happy styled esque than it should you know that stuff ya
cool acid synthage in the start btw
goody
Lol, if ya really want to waste your time with it.
Yeah, I've been working on finding a strictly DnB sound for the competition, and I've got a song in the works with a better DnB drum sample and plenty of bass.
Thanks for the review.
I've gotta agree with ferongr
More bass! You say there's more to the music than bass, but when you submit it to the DnB genre, people are gonna expect a lot of bass.
You probably have the bass on your sound system cranked up...that why it seems fine to you. Are you using FL? A saw with 3xOsc plus some resonant filtering works wonders with basslines.
It's an alright song otherwise. Just...add the bass. :)
Man, I said the word "bass" a lot in this review. Bass, bass, bass. Bass!
Bass.
- Rig
lol i made a vst called Rigbass
Ok, so my first bassline was not bass-ey enough... I might redo this if I ever feel like it, otherwise, next DnB track I'll try out the 3XOsc. I checked out that cornandbeans tut, but I'm still trying to understand it.
If I redo this, I'll probably redo the drums to make them more DnB.
Thanks for review and tips, and confirmation that ferongr was right, sorry for doubting ya, I'm slightly biassed towards my own music =P
Okie dokie, but more bass needed
Is is quite energetic, although it lacks some kick. My subwoofer remained motionless during the whole song, and imagine, it is crossed at 100Hz! A remake would be nice.
Moar bass? I believe there was quite a bit of bass happening for the most part of it, my lower bass instrument couldn't have handled going down any further, and if I had've shot the other parts down an octave, they would have sounded shocking.
It may not have been low enough for your sub woofer, but there's more to the music than bass...
TY for the review.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
