I formally apologize for that short description... anyway, another boss-ish song, as far as my mind while writing it went. I've actually been sitting on this idea for quite a while. The clean guitar part in the intro/verse bit was the first idea I came up with, and from there I tried to develop it into... this state. Through two versions, and several tone adjustments, I've been wanting to get this idea out there somehow. And now I can!

Establishing more leitmotifs in this. In fact, the main motif of this song is so established I'll be releasing another song in a little while which will essentially be a character theme. Think of this song more as an expanded version of that other piece. It'll be up soon though!

I feel like this little project I've been doing has been very beneficial in my composition skills. I guess in listening to more than one hundred individual video game songs, I would pick up a few composition tricks. But I really think the last two pieces have been some of my absolute best. I need to find more genres to make these in other than just metal, but I think I'm doing pretty okay so far.
