This is a song I made that is meant to be the background music for a boss fight. If you have any recommendations on how to make it better or if it should fit something else then leave a comment letting me know. I would like any feedback!
There's quite a lot going on here, it's very busy! I think you want find the most important parts and use the other tracks to support that. I think it's worth picking your chords and scales, and sticking within them and that will make the whole thing sound more cohesive. I would also drop your bassline an octave as well.
All in all though, I do think this is inventive and dramtic like boss music should be, and I think it's quite a balanced mix. Good work!

I don't know how to rate lofi sounds/chiptunes too well, but my initial thoughts are maybe add some more background textures to the main theme. Or bring the ones you have out more with the mix. I'd really like to play with the Midi file, I like the composition! I've done this with another artist. You would get full composition credit if I released it of course. It would be like a collab.
