I started this song collaboration with my friend who's a great guitarist. We've reached a point in which he no longer wishes to continue. He thinks the song is not going in a good direction and wants to scrap it entirely.

I'm going to need some outside opinions on this one because I actually feel it's solid (albeit some of the instruments need to be tweaked and bass has yet to be added).

I think with a little harmonica, bass and tweaking this would be an excellent beat.

Please give me some advice.... be harsh... what's working/not working?
