Doesn't make it. This isn't the song I'm attached to, the piano sucks indeed, as stated before. Maybe you could've used a different instrument, or maybe mix it up a little to create something refreshing. This song is VERY repetitive as it stands right now, and frankly, quite irritating.
Yea i was thinking of using the notes i already have and change it into something less piercing. Maybe use a guitar but add low bass notes under, i think that might be able to save it.
terrible piano
The piano sounds terrible. It's clearly programmed, which is fine, but it doesn't sound mixed at all.
As for the music, assueming you didn't use a midi, then not too bad, but if you used a midi, and that terrible piano sound then you deserve 0.
If no midi i give you 5, so i've met half way with 3 ;)
You have the idea, but
When I first listened to it I immediately noticed a difference. I listened the one by InfinityVas and it was 100% accurate using 4 octaves whereas you only use 3. I'm only speaking for the intro because that's all I could listen to.
The right way: CDEG CDEG CDEG CDEG C G...
What I heard: CDEG CDEG going back to the second EG then CD... I'm not gonna go into detail but it was just frustrating to listen to.
I can't believe how something so simple wasn't interpreted correctly. Basically no notes are repeated so quickly. The fact that you repeat notes in the same octave breaks the harmony.
i prolonged the beginning to not make the excact same song.
I also made minor changes to make someone feel like they are listening to the same song they have for 12 games.
But i personally don't put this in the same category as nobou since that would just be a total loss on my part.
