There's something soothing - both literally and figuratively - about the sand on a beach..

On their own, grains of sand are minuscule, easily swept away and ultimately insignificant in the grand scheme of things.. but when they are grouped by billions, they make up something quite beautiful, be it the comfortable, damp ground you walk on on a hot, sunny day or a sparkling sea next to the actual sea on a cozy moonlit night.

Pretentious-sounding paragraph aside, this piece is really one of my all-time favourites. There's just something relaxing about washed out snares and those wave samples.. hard to describe, it's more of a feel thing. :)
