the vocals

the song sound nice (a bit short though) but the vocals were, like in most songs, hard to hear. try turning up the sensitivity on the singer's mic, or editing it with whatever program you're recording it with.

Ayt, got it. I learned to EQ vocals way after I mixed this down. I'll remix this when I get the time (which I don't have much right now).

Thanks for the review! ^_^

er what is this song exactly about lol?

Is it you saying to asians not to talk to you or something? a bit dodgey if that's the case lol, but it was a funny song neway and wasnt half bad

jnry3 responds:

Nah, it's just a generic "don't talk to me" song. No discriminatory themes here, just capturing the thought of one's self not wanting to converse with a target person. I first pictured this as a song where a girl would shut up her lover.

Anyway, thanks for the review! ^_^

It's punk alright!

In your case...synth punk! ;) The guitar synths sadly take out a lot of just sounds soo damn static. The rest was surely nice on the ears. Good vox and all that shizzl!

Stop talking to me! lawl! >:(

jnry3 responds:

Yep, "de-synthesizing" the guitar is something that'll take a lot of effort. The guitar in this track has Overdrive, Reverb and Compression. I'm still experimenting with Flangers and Chorus effects.

I'll post the magic formula in the audio forums in case I come across it. ^_^

Thanks for the review!
