About a month or so ago, I was really feeling in need of some new music. The last time I had added a significant amount of new music was at the beginning of summer, when I discovered Shibayan Records. Not long after I had discovered them, I searched for more circles/artist like them but I didn't really find any that I liked. While doing that, I came across Alstroemeria Records and their Dancehall series suggested to me on youtube. I didn't really like their Dancehall series albums much, it just sounded like mainstream electronic music with some touhou themes. Then, a few months ago, I heard the famous Bad Apple!! remix for the first time (I thought i had heard it before but as soon as i listened to it i realized i hadn't) and I loved it. It sounded like the stuff I liked from Shibayan, the bass did. I once again looked up Alstroemeria Records on youtube and listened to some of their Pop Culture and Dancehall series albums but none of it sounded anything like Bad Apple!!. Fastword to where I started, a month ago. I really needed some new music, so I hesitantly began downloading Alstroemeria's stuff. As it downloaded, I began listening, starting with their oldest stuff. And I liked it a lot. It wasn't like the generic edm of their later albums, it was more experimental techno/trance, something I had been looking for for a while. There were a few songs that I really liked, Ill link a few of those, as well as the one that seems to have inspired the industrial feel of this one.
Bad Apple!! from Lovelight
Riverside View from A. Aurantiaca
Against, Perfect Cherry Blossom from Nachtansicht
Judas Kiss from Geneology ShrineMaiden
Greenwitch in the Sky from The Last Judgement (this seems to have inspired my song)
Magic Girl from Lovelight
This song has content from Flowering Night from Touhou 9
