....even though I think a 5 is a bit harsh. The notebook paper really takes away from this piece. If you haven't already, you should at least start using typing paper or better yet, if you go to Barnes & Nobles, and go back to the art section, they have hard cover sketch books that would really give you the proper medium to store you work ( aside from storing it digitally). Now, onto the piece itself. This is a really good pic. If this's your own original design then you have a really good eye for costume design, keep at it and I hope you take my advice and get that hard cover sketch book and store your work in something that is better suited for you.

You can draw, but can you color? Try white paper next time. The lines take away from the drawing.
She would look eeven better in color. Try to color her in CS4 by adding a new layer on top of her, than multiply that layer and you can lay a nice color job on her!
