First of probably a few characters for the "Girlchan Create A Character" contest.
Put more semi-unofficial info in the description of it here: http://zlxq3000.deviantar t.com/art/Girlchan-Contes t-Entry-1-162268327 Considering that it's up to the creators of the series itself to do stuff with the character, I have no real say in what they do; I just wanted to make as over-the-top an anime character as I could.
Expect more before the deadline.

It's pretty good, but I don't think your allowed to use dialog or text of any kind in your entry. Well I know you can't use text... I'm pretty sure dialog would count under that though.

Yeah, that's kind of what I figure, but I figured that it wouldn't make any sense without the dialogue...
