Drew a commish for SnekSnivy on Twitter some time ago. First time I've done a fully soft shaded commish, I think. :P Super fun to draw! :D They wanted their Hoopa OC using a Megaman Battle Network chip attack. Figure it'd be a fun idea to have it manifest through one of the hoops.
