Really cool.
Excellent! Terrific job with the composition and coloring, as well as the nice line art.
The bad ending
I do wonder if becoming a skullgirl is just a flat power-boost or if it scales with the initial power of the wisher. If it's the latter then skullgirl Annie would probably be unstoppable.
