Actually this was my first ID For DA, I really like to draw litte people with big heads, Thats why the body looks like a triangle. The blood on Heas was added because i ate someone head, and writed with his blood :3

Edit2: Wow +1000 views already? I Want to Know why, this didnt took me more than 2 hours, and its sketchy, Might be of the Blood? Explain me Why did you see this :3

Yeah, Nah, they were persons that were insulted by someone else, and he wanted to feel powerful and they troll anything they see. Do not pay attention to them or you lose, as mentioned by a rule of internet, i dont remeber which one.
