Even as prime Dottore came out, I keep imagining him as unhinged and aloof as Webttore. The kind of guy who... you know... freaks out over failed experiments, shakes his fist when the protagonists foil his plans and who treats his henchmen as expendable menial. I really love a villain who is not meant to be taken all that seriously, but who can still pose a real threat to the heroes.
