Portrait practice once again! I really felt like I made major progress with this one. It’s the first one where I was able to not just copy the ref, but also add flare and put some life into it. Also this was the first one where I didn’t need to make any structural changes after the initial sketch. With all the others, I made at least one goof-up that I only realized after I started painting, and then I had to awkwardly move entire facial features and spend a bunch of time patching up and repainting.

Still lots to practice, but gettin' better! 💪💗
