This piece made my really realize how little I know about the planes of the face and how light hits'em. The sketch came out great, but then the shading kinda... degraded it. Don't wanna say "ruined" because it's not THAT bad... but I'm really feeling pumped to study the planes of the face now. I think it'll be the subject of my next "Study Session"! (whenever I magically get the time to do one lmao XD)
