First time submitting art work on this website and entry for Jazza's COTM!
I decided to draw Todoroki from Boku no Hero Academia. Throughout the show he is seen to only use his ice side, despising the power of his fire side from his father. However, soon enough he overcomes his feelings and accepts himself revealing his fire side. You could essentially say he "leveled-up" from his former self.
