Oh, you fucker, you got me good!
Some years ago, Ross Scott, the guy behind Freeman's Mind, had done a review of an obscure Tertis clone called "Nyet III," but at the time, he was unable to beat it due to technical issues, and in the video he half jokingly makes a few guesses as to what the ending may be.
Two years after that, he and I somehow ended up talking, and he commissioned me do make some game-accurate graphics to play into the joke-- specifically the staticy, early 90s rasterized graphics of the creepy main character and their knockoff Tetrominoes, for a collective followup episode he was planning.

Figured it's been long enough, so I can spill the beans: me and one or two other guys and Ross made it up. Heh.
Here's the thumbnails, but you can see it better at the bit here: https://youtu.be/0vUZG2z8TAs?t=214
Tetrominoes are public domain, and these graphics of The Guy are of my own creation.
Nyet III owned by...... I have no clue. Someone in Germany, I guess.
Oh, you fucker, you got me good!
