The Final Strike

Alright, had this picture like 90% done for nearly a month now. Couldn't be arsed to finish it before today. Just didn't get that happy with it. It's not that I think it's literally bad, it's just something with the tones that went wrong. Also it's not really the comopsition I had in my head, sadly the one I had in my head was too hard to execute.

How ever, this is a picture of the final boss battle from Zelda Wind Waker. Right before link is about to *!!SPOILER!!* stick his sword into ganondorfs head.

Heh, neat.
I always loved that scene. Excellent job, I love the background.

Yeah, that was pretty much the coolest finishing move ever. And in a Zelda game, no less. The first time I saw it, I basically thought "Whoa! Did that just happen?"

Great job on the motion-blurring, but I don't think Ganon's head is quite right. It's like you're seeing more of it than you should. Or the top of his head is REALLY flat.

xcrosspictures responds:

Thanks and yeah. I totally agree. I think Ganondorfs head turned out really bad. It was a hard perspective for me. I'm not very good at that :/

dude finish wind waker i did twice its awesum!XD :D any way nice art but link kinda went higher in the air and his mouth is a little large

Love it. I never finished Wind Waker, but this makes me really want to pull my old gamecube out.
