So, inspired by some stupid facebook event, the put a pokemon for your profile pic all of december, i decided to do some pokemans fan art. Gyarados is, I would say, my 2nd fav pokemanz, charizard being #1. I will probably do a couple more pokemon pics, charizard and gengar for shaw. Got that Japanese woodblock print look goin on, thought it would fit.

its epic

this epic ancient water dragon evolved from a lowly Magikarp (USE SPLASH ATTACK NAOW!!!)

WOW!!!!!

loooks like som japanese myth drawing, Top notch work!!!

Awesome

I love this picture, youve got some real talent.

I cant wait to see charizard though, thats my favorite too and i think itll look really awesome when ya draw it.

maybe a charizard/gyarados battle picture?

Not bad

This picture really captures the rage and ferocity that a Gyarados can inflict upon the seas or those unfortunate enough to be within its vicinity. I like the style you used to draw the water, the Japanese woodblock print style fits it very well and almost looks professional. The colors are nice and give it a very interesting vector/old-school storybook style as if on the next page the story begins to speak of the nature of the sea beast that is Gyarados.

All in all this is a great Pokemon image with Gyarados. Great job.

loved the drawing

but i got one q, wtf is up with the billcosby tag? LOL
