Winter in BlackTopp City

Well, it's December now! To most people it means hot chocolate, family, fuzzy coats, gifts and loving each other. But in BlackTopp, it's a bit of a different story. To most people in BTC, it means more crime, smoke and soot, trash can fires all over the downtown and the Penguins annual snow shoveling for their community service. Funny how the trio responsible for overall less mayhem is forced to do community service.
Anyway, here's to 2023! Penguins updates will be on the way soon!
