I believe this counts as 3D art as it actually is three dimensional.

You did great, but it is 2D because only the hat is actually in 3 dimensions.
Besides that, you did great, it takes OVER NINE-THOUUUUUUUUUUUSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND years of-- sorry. I mean really much experience to make something like this. Nice job on placing the BAM icon so that it at least looks like 3D
For your information it is infact 3D, it's just hard to see.
I took the BAM vector and made it 3D in Photoshop CS4, there's a 3D tab you know :D
