Hey! To start this decade right, we believe Newgrounds should be ad-free for EVERYONE. For this to work, we need people who have the means to become paying supporters. For just $3 per month or $25 for the year, you can help this happen and get some nice perks!

For the month of February we have disabled ads on all E-M content. We need 225 people to reach our goal of 3,100 active supporters. If we hit that, we'll continue with a new goal in March!

Please check out our Supporter Upgrade and consider coming aboard!

FUS RO DAH!

This one took 10 hours and 36 minutes to draw.

As always, it was drawn in Photoshop CS5 using a Wacom Bamboo Fun Graphics Tablet.

The drawing process can be seen on my YouTube channel youtube.com/geegeemac

Now that's what I call a dragon, it is absolutely beautiful. That reminds me that I've got my own dragon to try and tackle, it's harder than I thought it would be, I can't do realism. You've pretty much cracked it though.

Your a great artist!

Excellent job!
As for the dovakin winning jUxtApOsEd2wln the armor could be ranked up you don't have to wear deadric armor besides it could be a wimpy Blood Dragon it's not a Ancient Dragon or any thing.

The dovahkin doesn't stand a chance. My logic comes from the fact that his low level weapons and armor couldn't possibly stop that attack. If his block was high enough to block elemental damage then it would only make sense that his armor would at least be deadric or at the very least orcish by that point. I wonder why no artist who has done skyrim art has done any other armor but fur and iron... at that level of the game dragons are outrageously hard unless you are a rouge with a bow and a lot of stamina to run away every time the dragon lands on the ground.

Although I admit that this isn't a contest of logic, ask yourself why people rate art? Even with fantasy elements people always gauge the realism. From shade work to background art to lighting to shapes and size orientation. All these things gauge the possibility that the piece of work is stylish and realistic. Unless you claim that this is folk art, you should consider logic in your art.
