This drawing took 6 hours on photoshop CS2, half of them spent on the face. I'm not sure what it actually depicts, although there's a lot going on. I never really finished it, which explains the lesser quality of her shirt. The cat's pose is from a photograph by O-A-C on deviantart.

I see

I dont know if the image is bout you but I see a relaxed person among the rush of the daily routine, out of the vertiginous way of the time with ease
the glases show me a strong and defined personality but maybe means nothing
also I like the use of the colors and that super awesome face
keep drawing

I can only assume the left eye looks like a fucking sticker because of the glasses right? Still it's awesome!

Vonschlippe responds:

I'm not sure what that means, but I did indeed include an overlayed picture of myself sitting in front of my desk in the glasses to suggest specular reflection =P

Don't know long you've been posting to NG, but....

Glad you're here!! What can I say to be constructive? Not much. Detail is Playstation4 quality, shading is intuitive and color-accurate ... You already pointed out the picture's short-comings, so... when do you premier at the gallery?

That cat sure is flexible!

Dang, I can see where this took 6 hours. Despite what you call your own shortcomings, this is great and you should be proud (duh!).

Your style is very neat and clean, and I really enjoy its content. If there was one thing about it that seemed off in the very least, it's that the girl doesn't completely mesh with the background, but the background is also blurred, so meh, who knows. It's still effing awesome, and you did a great job!
