Newgrounds Age Ratings 8

I had this idea to make another 'Newgrounds Age Ratings' drawing in a negative contrast style, but when I was making it with a black background, I accidentally changed it to a white background, but then I thought, Ooh, that looks nice! And so I made it like that! I hope you enjoy this drawing! :)

Also, speaking of age ratings, can you guys help me out a bit? So this picture looks very friendly, right? But Dr. A, at the bottom right, has a knife in hand like he is thinking to murder someone, but there is no blood or anything to signify that he looks to murder. Should the picture overall be an E-rate or a T-rate? Because I don't want to influence people to mindlessly play with a knife and then murder someone. Thanks! (This picture will be an E-rate for now because it looks friendly)

Quite an interesting take on your usual Age Ratings. Keep it up! :)

Also, my answer to your question for the rating may be a bit ambiguous. While a T-rate will suffice for the presence of the knife, an E-rate would also be sufficient because there isn't any implied violence. (If I were to say, just keep it at an E-rate unless enough people say otherwise.)
