i dunno bout you but i like the "beat to shit character keeps getting up" trope.

i know lmao, and yeah, her ass got badly kicked and its payback time.
I definitely like it up to a point. Not for individual fights but throughout a series moreso. Like after the 4th or 5th times they try and dramatize it, it's a little old.

i always it works the strongest either early on a storie or in the final confrontation. feels very impactful and hype to me.
