When someone needs something, just a tiny something, it's very likely that this place might get recommended to them. It's the only place where wishes come true, literally.

This piece has been made a couple months ago, and it took a lot of time but I still am proud of it regardless.

Negai is meant to be a city placed in the mountains, where the village up top gives a more japanese-y type of look, like it was intended to be at first, and then the city down below is a utopia-type of beat where most of the action happens. The city was built after an overtaking by a small wish granting dragon (Wish Hyphen) from an evil emperor, consequently saving the village and turning it into this.

Safe to say this has a wild story built into it.

The dragon's name is Wish, which is coincidentally the town's meaning when you translate from Japanese, I think. He's kinda uhhhhhh, self-centered.
