Codename: Eve

Eve was considered one of the most powerful kaiju in existence- having the almost indestructible ability to manipulate matter at subatomic levels. She could shape anything into whatever she pleased with little to no resistance- even traveling into other dimensions by phasing her body into other such spaces. Eve was a kaiju no one liked, and for good reason - she enjoyed destroying everything she came in contact with. Many intergalactic militaries teamed up to put a stop to Eve- but the closest they could get was decapitating her with one of her own portals she used to phase into other dimensions. This didn't kill Eve, only compromised and critically weakened her subatomic bending skills (because it seems to efficiently manipulate subatomic particles seamlessly and successfully- you need more than just a head to do it. Without a body, your energy reserves tank really low and your means to shape matter through physical methods like hands are now gone! You try shaping something with only your teeth and willpower alone, it isn't as easy as you think. Especially if your teeth are gigantic and sharp) Most of Eve's body was destroyed after she was decapitated, but what remained was hauled off for research and experimentation. Eve might just be a floating head now, but she's a very dangerous floating head and isn't to be underestimated at all. Her power is slowly building back up, and she's regained some control over her subatomic manipulation abilities- as she has now created four new eyes that rotate and float around her head- watching out and constantly seeking what remains of her old body, so she may once form whole again and re-release her catastrophic vigor and savage barbarity once again.

[[ I can understand if Eve isn't the strongest design I have so far but maybe what she lacks in design she makes up for in story? I think she has a pretty cool / original story! Atomic really wasn't the most creatively friendly prompt because just drawing Godzilla was low-hanging fruit, plus I am trying to keep fanart at a minimum here, especially since I did a fanart piece a couple of days ago. ]]
