Very first time I have ever colored a full on nudy. I used a couple references too for it. Not saying where I got them though. Sorry > 3>
Anyway tell me what you think. I know its flat regular colors but I like it better vibrant.

Was the neck omitted due to the character's adornments, or the inability to do so? That's my only question. It's nice, but I am curious as to if she's shrugging with her hands set on the table, or if it is merely a trick of the scarf.

No her scarf is part of her usual outfit. Her arms are proping her up because her back is arched and her chin is down.
