You are quite proficient at cartooning, good work.
Constructive criticism.
1) The scan quality on ALL of your submissions SUCKS!!! Fix whatever is causing the horizontal banding. (use a different scanner, if that is not possible, use a photo editing program to post process... whatever it takes.)
2) ALL of your submissions are preliminary sketches... develop any of your images for between 2-4 hours and resubmit it. (ink in everything, add color, etc...)
3) Research vector illustrations, they will help you immensley with shading and make everything look less flat.
