Line art needs some work, shading seems pretty good
Try using a smaller brush size
The hands are a little messed up and the right arm goes too far up into his head, sketch the drawing to get an idea of what it should look like and to get a better final piece

The arm in the head was to give perspective that the arm is in front. My tablet wasn't being detected in Flash at the time, so I didn't have pressure sensitivity. I appreciate the constructive criticism. I'll take it into consideration for future drawings.
