It is alright

I will not say it looks too terrible but it is not great either to be honest. It seems to be really rushed with how you put it all together. I could see a small child who does not even know what GIMP is being able to do this sadly.

I will say the shading and how the colors contrast looks pretty nice anyways so I guess that is quite neat there as well.

I do not really see much of a story or much of anything happening in this image really.

Overall, slow down and take time when doing images like you have done with your others. It is not too bad.
