Had the idea to make a tall evil knight while I was watching a video and went to it.

I utilized the AAP-RadiantXV palette, but while I was preparing this art to be posted on NG, I decided to improve a bit more by adding some dithering, softened shadows and cutting down colors to only 4. Thankfully only the knight's neck utilized 2 more colors so it was simple to do the reduction.

Also I have no clue whatsoever on drawing cloth/fabric objects so inform me on my attempt if possible.

Neat! I think if you make the entire knight 1 pixel wider, right down the middle, it'll help you get a little more definition on the face, it's hard to get a ridge effect with 2 pixels, but should be easier with 3.

Also bit of highlighting on the helmet and right shoulder. Light is reaching down to the front of his feet, so it must be coming from in front of him, and high above.

OR, you could remove the bright highlight from the front of the cloak, and keep it just on the shoulders, helmet, to show the light is coming from behind-ish. That may help your clothes look more smooth too.

UnevenPrankster responds:

Interesting! The light position I had in mind is to the left of the knight and far away just enough to be hitting light on the helmet. I feel taking away the lighting from the right side of the cloak more would help this. Thank you!

looks pretty cool
im not an expert at this stuff so take it with a grain of salt but...
i think the ripple in the fabric look too sharp?
it looks more like sharp rocks than that of fabric
i still think it looks neat but that is my 2 cents

UnevenPrankster responds:

Next time I'll try to make less harsh ripples. Thank you!
