Haha, the dude on Banjo's back seems to be a bit of a nut actually. Really nice colors and I like the transparent background as well. It leaves the viewer open to the endless possibility of where they could possibly be.

The text is pretty nice looking.

The shading on both characters is nice and I like Banjo's expression here.
