Didn't get this fanart done in time for the actual date of Street Fighter's 35th anniversary, but managed to get it done before the anniversary year was over! Truth be told, though, I actually started it in 2017 for the 30th anniversary, but left it half finished until now! It's kinda horrendous that I left it unfinished for 5 years, but this month I put myself into high gear to make sure it got finished before the end of 2022! If there's anything that benefited from my procrastination for this image, it's that I was able to update Sakura's outfit to her default SFV one (I originally was gonna use her gym teacher outfit from Sakura Ganbaru).

For the character selection, I chose a mix of "essential" characters (Ryu, Ken, Chun Li, Guile, Bison, etc.) with some of my favorites (Geki, R. Mika, Pullum Purna, Q, Effie, etc.).
