One of Newground's art forum activity returns this coming Monday! YEAH!!

Based on the successful threads found on ConceptArt.org, this weekly contest tests artists' skills, producing some interesting ideas and providing some all-important practise.

Winners are determined by a voting thread, which can be joined by anybody who's willing to vote!

There's no prizes, except some ego boosts and some help to making great pics.

Ah yes, I remember the golden cow as being a symbol of paganism. Then again, I think that's also a figure from Hinduism. I guess either way it's some godlike being. I wish I had gold of some kind. I love how he's just staring at me like that. It really does make him look powerful.

I love how he's holding those two Newgrounds symbols. I'm fairly certain that's from our ranks. The red stripes and dots are great too. I knew he's from Hinduism now because of his red spot. It's a very cool picture.

hmm...

I like it, very good. The only thing I don't like about it is the shinyness; I think ima go blind. I like the tattoo detail on it's hands, bang-up job. Also, the thing with all the different hands having different weapons is cool. All in all, a good piece of art, and a good creature of the week.
