She's a yuki-onna, or snow woman, a spirit who lures her victims to their deaths during snow storms. She sometimes drinks their blood.
I love her face.
Several hours in Photoshop 7. Completed January 2010.
Very nice.
The snow looks fantastic and her hair looks nice too.
I also like her face, lol.

It's kinda soft though, I wish you pulled more detail and if I can recall, Yuki-onna is supposed to be beautiful, but here she's spooky?
