10 is the closest the gang has to a “third in command” as its either him or 14 put in charge when both 8 and 7 are absent.
He also manages the bar, and because of this, whether you’re looking for a job or a drink, he’s usually the first member of the gang you’ll meet.
10 is a negotiator, and a good one at that. He knows the exact right things to say, whether it’s making connections, settling disputes, or dealing with pesky law abiding types.
Because of this, he also normally accompanies Lady 8 on the rare times she ventures out to speak with other organizations.
Among his skills in speaking, he also serves as muscle, aided in his constitution by his ability. If damaged by someone, 10 has the ability to teleport himself and his attacker to a location of his choosing, using his surroundings to his advantage when he can.
With his jump in location, his body also uses the force around it to heal a little, possibly undoing the damage dealt to him in the first place.
A little word to the wise, never underestimate an opponent’s strength by how well they can weave their words. Nor should you undermine another’s intelligence by their brutish appearance. For 10 has crushed many who speak their words as holier than thou beneath their own plate armor.
