This is 1, the anxious errand boy of The Billiard Boys

One of 17 expys initially based on The Felt(homestuck) that were plopped into our dnd campaign (among other imported nonsense in our game)

1 is a messenger of sorts, quickly delivering items and or relaying messages to allies and members of the gang when 7 or 8 can't afford to use magic cue balls to teleport and do it themselves.

His ability comes in handy in this front, as he can use it to slow down time for himself to move ridiculously fast. Although this would be boring from his perspective, it's useful when the gang has little time to spare.

However, despite his small, skittish, and excitable appearance, 1 is not a foe to be reckoned with. Compared to the rest of the Billiard Boys, he is the one with the most control over his ability. And while speed may be little more than useful for menial missions, in combat he can easily use it to swiftly slice up enemies and run off before they even know what hit them.

He is also very skilled in tap dancing.
