The Amy version of Sonic trying on his rain boots from Sonic Channel's June 2022 artwork.

The pink rose was about to enter her condo when she noticed a shopping bag near her door.

"Huh? Who dropped this off?"

Curious, Amy Rose picked it up and brought it inside.

Out of the bag, it was a shoebox. The hedgehog does not know what kind of shoes or color they are. Amy read a small greeting card from Rouge and Blaze.

"Greetings. While you were gone, we brought you a gift. We hope you love it."

The hedgehog opened the box, and inside was a pair of chocolate-brown rain boots with beige accents and beige bows.

"Rain boots?" Amy chuckled. Her usual shoes are boots too, except they are made of red and white leather, which is unsuitable for rain. She tries one of the adorable rain boots, removing one of her usual shoes. Amy raises her foot, looking at her new boot, and she seems to love her new cute shoes as much as she loves her fabulous usuals and Sonic.

She will wear them when it is raining or go gardening. However, she might feature the boots in her future outfits for fashion.

The small story was inspired by the small story from when Sonic got his rain boots from Amy for his birthday.

About the background, I featured Princess Peach's crown in cosplay form and figures of Tahu and Kopaka from Bionicle except they are simplified since anything robots, mecha, or cyborgs are complex to draw. Yes, I made Amy a Bionicle fan. For the Sonic's portrait, I just do a separate artwork of it and feature it on the photo frame.
