ZBrush and Photoshop! Enjoy :)

Just to let you know: ZBrush is a digital sculpting program. Sculpted from a sphere, took me around 4 hours to get all the details right. So for those saying its a 2D sketch, well its actually 3D. Photoshop was used to compose the various render passes ZBrush renders out.
Holy moly...now that...is disturbing.
Sculpted from a sphere. 4 hours. And the end result is an amazingly photo-realistic, horrific...awesome mutated creature of sorts. I'm curious how Photoshop played into this. Did you do a texture that you put on top of your model? Or did you just color a rendered image inside it? This looks extraordinarily done. Love it!
