This is a pretty creepy picture, but still very well done. The way its nose is drawn makes it look more like a Nosepass. It truly looks like a black stereotype or possibly some deranged Muppet. Was that comment racist? The lower lip looks like a beard. The yellow splatters are a bit strange, but not really out of place.

Now that I think about it, the dirt around his neck looks more like a beard. You have pretty good initials. This guy just comes off as so big in this picture as he takes up most of the space. Everything is an emphasis on how bizarre he looks. The shading is great.
