Gandalf and Dumbledore sit together above the Shire, and witness as Fawkes and Gandalf's renowned fireworks (of a dragon) dazzle the sky. Dumbledore offers Gandalf some lemon drops in exchange for a smoke from the old pipe, as their weapons sit behind them, unused. It is a time for the two wizards to bond, for they are both epic wizards. And someone had only recently just dropped Hogwarts on top of the Shire. What a pickle!

WIP [Stages] -

This is a watercolor piece. This was done in my own personal cartoon style. The WIP above explains the process and in detail how I made it. If needbe, I can remove the frame around it. It is just for looks.

I am so nervous to upload this, but here it is. This is the first thing I have ever done like this. First watercolor, first inking, first completed picture in general really. I have always been too scared to try for contests and such but I tried here. I've always wanted to be an artist but I suppose I've been too scared to show what I do. With practice I hope to become great! But please be nice. I'm brand new to watercolors and if I did them wrong then not a surprise lol! I definitely see some big flaws but I think with some practice I could avoid said flaws after this challenge.

Thanks for the opportunity!

What a nice idea! I bet they have lot to talk about, haha! Their expressions are so happy. :)
I like the colors you use. They're very delicate and give a calm atmosphere to the whole picture. Maybe some more vivid colors on the foreground and a bit lighter color on the castle, though, to give it more perspective..?
Well done! :)
