New Year 2023

2022 was a rather depressing year for my personal life, but I hope it all changes for 2023...
I had the idea of a futuristic city inspired by that of futuristic racing games like Wipeout (one of the many that defined Y2K futurism), which perfectly fits the "future" theme of the new year, thus the idea of SodaDog and Leroy riding hoverboards came to be.
This art piece gave me three challenges; to work on a detailed city background, design "Y2K-styled outfits" for my OCs and basically balance out all of those details. After what seems like another spell on a slow day, I feel like I've aced it and made the art piece very cool and eye-catching. Heck I want to repurpose Soda and Leroy's Y2K outfits for another drawing.
