Inspired by the work of my friend BluMoonToons, I decided to bring back a character I had for awhile now on here, I did draw him before, but this is a bit of a new look for him. Meet Technical Leo(his friends call him Tech), he's a dork in his early 20s, who is a one man fix it machine. When he's not fixing things, he usually is trying to pick up chicks, he tends to get rejected a lot due to his appearance, but he's got something that would later surprise the ladies once they get to know him.
