This issue features Mabel, she's from my many rough draft comics of a cartoon I never got around to making titled Mabel's Super Duper Party. She's very energetic, has a short attention span, and has the power to create portals, giving her the freedom to pretty much go anywhere. Her world is a parody of baby educational tv shows like
Dora the Explorer.
Her and Dupey live in the same world.
