Rest

Author Comments

Another drawing inspired by my feelings... oh boy...
This one is about "rest". sometimes i feel like i'm just way too exhausted and need to rest, so i just lay down, listen to some "Chill" music and shut the world out and "rest" for about a few minutes/hours. it's just that sometimes, i feel very tired trying to deal with my problems and worries to the point where it's either that i back off for now, or get hurt and tired more trying to deal with everything.

By the way, i have no idea what's the background supposed to be, it started out as clouds but then i felt like "Let's turn this into something else" and then this came out.

Anyway, thanks for viewing everyone, hope you enjoy this.

Again, just living for the shading.
And the colours you used are really giving me chills ^^

TheOverGhoul responds:

Thanks! glad the shading wasn't so bad in this one.

it looks like the silhouette is peacefully falling into the abyss or maybe that's just my perception ...
I like it anyway, keep it up :)

TheOverGhoul responds:

The silhouette has actually "stopped" in the middle of this abyss, the whole idea was that he's still falling into the abyss, but he stopped because he got some rest.

I like your perception btw, could have made a better looking piece if i thought about it this way. thanks btw!
