Splatoon rule 34

Author Comments

Ok so this is a rule 34 animation I made of splatoon because I got that game recently and it was really fun and this is my way of saying thank you to nintendo for making such an awesome game.
Also, do any of you guys know how to upload gifs that don't look like they have this wierd texture on it?

Goddamn, you really outdid yourself this time.

First of all, high five on the background, dude. I've been bustin' your balls about adding one, and there we go. It really adds a colorful and more pleasant scene for the gif. As for the gif, holyfuck. Good job on the position and how fluid everything stays. Also, kick ass job on the lighting. Everything's got a shiny feel to it, which almost reflects the splatoon style itself. The whole thing is so colorful and inviting too. Definitely your best work, so the critique here is gonna be a little nit-picky.

Although everything bounces smoothly, the guy's arm doesn't move at all. This doesn't really work when her leg is constantly bouncing. So, I'd just add some minor movement to it to make it look more natural. Also, the way she blinks is fucking me up a little. I get what you tried to do since it's a mask, but it looks weird that her pupil just disappears like that. Personally, I'd just close the eye entirely or make the pupil the part that blinks if you want the mask to keep its shape. I guess one last and reaaally minor improvement would to be to add more detail to the back, like a line for the spine since she seems a little too rubbery on her back.

Overall, I fucking love this. Swood job, dood B^)
