Enter the Gaz

Some Gaz to celebrate Enter the Florpus! They made some odd choices with her character for the movie, but it's still a good nostalgia trip.

Sexy as hell

Now THIS is what I call phase 2!!!

You can tell Zim is getting his squidlyspooch hard back there.

Great tribute to best IZ Girl

Invader Zim, nowadays considered a cult classic, was one of my favorite Nicktoons when I was a kid. I'd honestly rank it on some of the best Nicktoons ever created, right along SpongeBob, My Life as a Teenage Robot, Rugrats and Hey Arnold. Yesterday, I saw the Netflix movie "Enter the Florpus". Though some of the parts and character's actions were indeed weird, I enjoyed seeing it; as it was a great pleasure seeing Zim, Gir and the show's brand of humor back. However, one of the things I genuinely liked about this movie (besides the animation, which I'd even say is the best thing about it and an all-around wonderful thing) was Gaz.

Ever since I was a kid, Gaz was one of my favorite characters. Despite her bitchy attitude, I liked her voice, the fact that she enjoys videogames, how badass she was, and how she was the most intelligent character in the series. In all honesty, I had quite the crush on her as a kid.

It was a great pleasure to see Gaz again. Not only the voice acting was top-notch, but I also really liked how she was more involved in the overall plot. Ultimately, I'm glad to see that IZ's Best Girl has returned, and with exquisite art like this to boot.

I really like Gaz's despiction in here; I especially love her facial expression here. She looks so shocked, yet pleased. I also like how she is squitting one of her eyes, while having the other one open. It gives the illustration a very playful and spicy vibe. Likewise, I like the way you despicted her overall body; her hair looks good and is a faithful adaptation of her original hair; and I also really like how you designed her breasts and legs. She's all grown up!
Another thing that I like are the stockings you gave her; I think that they really fit her character and attitude. I also like how the Irken mechanical arms are tearing her clothes. It is a very good effect!

The coloring is especially good; I like how you kept the aesthetic from the series with the dark color scheme. I love the use of purple, red, and grey. The way some of the Irken artifacts have a shine on their structure make this picture enjoyable to see. Gaz's skin also looks great. The play between shadows and light is majestic.

Last but not least, I love that little line of dialogue. It really suits Gaz; and I think that's something she would say. You made her look great and beautiful. And now she's going to kill me for saying that...

All in all, this is a wonderful tribute to my fav IZ girl; and an excellent piece of art by itself. Excellent piece of art!
