The Level 5s of Academy City 4th Ranked Meltdowner Mugino Shizuri :) Not a great coloring job on this one but I liked her pose and the disintegration of the card. It was really hard to decide which outfit to chose. She's got a lot of fun clothes to draw! I went with her outfit from Index III i thought it would go well with the green and purple.
